Swedish Massage

– Improves circulation and skin tone with long flowing strokes.

Deep Tissue Massage

– Slow and intense pressure is applied to the areas in need. Great for chronic tension and neck and back pain.

Reflexology

– Treatment uses points on the feet and ankles to relieve tension and pain corresponding to your entire body. It helps promote deep relaxation and balance your energy.

Hot Stone Massage

– A full body massage using smooth basalt stones that are heated and treated with oil. Large stones are placed on the body for deep heat muscle relief.

Aromatic Body Scrub

– A full body massage using sea salts, mineral salts, or sugars mixed with essential oils, followed by a deep moisturizing treatment. Warm towels are used during treatment. This treatment softens, exfoliates, hydrates, and renews your skin while stimulating circulation. Do not shave within 24 hours of service.

Peppermint Clay Foot Treatment

– Treatment begins with exfoliation of the feet, followed by reflexology. A peppermint clay mask is then applied directly to the feet to help detoxify while stimulating circulation. While mask sets (approx 15 min.), a neck and shoulder massage is performed. Warm towels are used on feet during treatment.

Head to Toe

– Neck and scalp massage, facial mask, “Satin Hands” treatment, foot scrub with reflexology.

Maternity Massage

– Different techniques used to prepare for easier delivery. This is done by stimulating glandular secretions and stabilizing hormone levels, making their side effects less severe. The end result is less swelling and more energy.

Ear Candling

– An old home remedy whereby a hollow candle, specifically designed for this purpose, is lit and placed in the ear. Safely used to gently dry fluid in the ear, lessen sinus pressure and reduce ringing. Facial drainage massage performed during process.

Cold Stone Face Treatment

– A treatment designed to give you the effects of a temporary facelift (avg. 3 days). Cold stones used on face to decrease puffiness and tighten face. Hot stones used on neck, chest, arms, hands and feet to increase circulation and relax muscles. A vigorous massage is used on the face during honey mask application.

Mud Wraps

– Designed to provide immediate results, each mud will provide an abundance of skin and beauty benefits.

For best results, it is recommended you do this within 24 hours of a body exfoliation. Add exfoliation to your mud wrap treatment for $40.00.

Mini-Facial

- Great way to make face look and feel fresh in minimum amount of time. Includes cleansing, toning, facial massage, and moisturizer.

Basic Facial*

- Helps with circulation, relaxation and hydration of skin. Same process as a mini-facial with the addition of a mask.

Deep Cleansing Facial*

- Designed to balance oily, blemished or otherwise problem skin. Products used will gently but deeply cleanse. Includes steam and extractions if necessary.

Basic Back Facial

– Great for increased circulation and hydration of skin. Includes cleansing, toning, massage, mask, and moisturizer.

Deep Cleansing Back Facial

– Great for back acne. Includes steam and extractions if necessary.

Manual Microdermabrasion*

– Includes cleansing, manual microdermabrasion, mask, toner, and moisturizer. Helps to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, and hyperpigmentation while promoting collagen growth. Multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve optimal results.

Mango Enzyme Facial Treatment*

– Designed for all skin types. Enzymes work specifically on dead skin cells as opposed to acids that attack live cells as well. Treatment includes use of steam and mango scented products.
